Currently a Lecturer at the department of Business Administration and Management, Federal Polytechnic Nekede, where he combines academic expertise with practical HR industry exposure in mentoring and leadership development. He holds an MSc in Management and is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Nigeria.
His core strengths include people management, policy implementation, performance optimisation, and strategic HR delivery. My area of research interest cut across Human resources and strategic management.
